Bernardo Velasquez, age 58, of Norwalk, Connecticut entered into heavenly rest Wednesday, April 16, 2014 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT. Bernardo was born April 1, 1956 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to the late Bernardo Velasquez and surviving mother Carmen Rivera. Bernardo is survived by his children; Benjamin A. Poole, Brandon J. Velasquez and Amy Dule. Bernardo is also survived by siblings; Eugene Velasquez, Robert Velasquez, Anderson Velasquez, Julio Velasquez, George Velasquez, Johnny Velasquez, Edwin Velasquez, Lillian Velasquez, David Velasquez, Miriam Velasquez, Danny Velasquez. In death, Bernardo will be reunited with his brother; Alberto Velasquez and Edwardo Velasquez. Bernardo also leaves to cherish his memories to a host of extended family and friends.
