Benito 'Benny' Rosario

Benito Rosario, age 66, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Benito was born on March 21, 1952 in Comerio, Puerto Rico, the beloved son of the late Georgino Rosario & Dolores Ortega. Benito was a loving and dedicated father and grandfather. He was strong willed and set in his ways but also had an amazing sense of humor and a kind heart. He loved to help others and make them laugh. Benito will be remembered for his love of fishing. Benito is survived by: his companion of 19 years, Rosalia Diaz; two sons, Benito Rosario , Ricardo Rosario; daughter, Idalia Rosario; four sisters, Ana Rosario, Maria Rosario, Iris Rosario, Christina Rosario; one grandchild, Zjenaira Rosario; and a host of extended family and friends that will cherish his memory.
