Antrell Whitehurst

Antrell Whitehurst was born on February 3, 1991, to Kelvin Whitehurst and Ada Berrios. From a young age, Antrell had a funny personality and a way of making people laugh no matter the situation. He was the kind of person who made people feel comfortable, protected, and welcomed simply by being himself.

Antrell attended Columbus Elementary School in Bridgeport, Connecticut, later attended Ansonia High School in Ansonia, Connecticut, and continued his education at Industrial Management Training Institute in Waterbury, Connecticut, where he completed HVAC training. He worked in heating and cooling and also worked at Restaurant Depot.

Antrell enjoyed building and repairing things, gaming with friends, fishing, joking around, and spending time with the people he loved most. More than anything, people will remember Antrell for his heart and the way he cared for everyone around him. To him, everybody was family.

He was known for his humor, his loyalty, and the way he could make people laugh no matter the situation. Whether he greeted you with “Wats up doe” or said “Then say dat,” Antrell had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Above all, Antrell was a loving and active father who loved his children deeply. He was proud of being present in their lives, and his love, guidance, laughter, and memories will continue to live on through them forever.

A lot of Antrell’s journey in life was not always easy, but through it all, the people who knew him best knew his heart. The love he had for his children, family, and friends remained constant, and those closest to him will forever hold onto the laughter, memories, and moments they shared with him.
