Antonio ''Buena Gente'' Maldonado

Antonio Maldonado "Buena Gente" Antonio Maldonado "Buena Gente", age 76, entered into peaceful rest on Tuesday May 17th, 2011, at home, with his family by his side. Antonio was born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico on January 15th, 1935 to the late Maria & Juan Maldonado. Antonio was married to the late Elena Maldonado for eighteen years. Antonio was a great father and confident. Antonio is survived by four children, Antonio Jr. & daughter-in-law Cindy Maldonado, Ardean Maldonado, Jeanette & son-in-law Jose Cintron and Emily Maldonado. Antonio was the twelfth of thirteen children Isabel & brother-in-law Ricardo Reyes, Emilia Rivera, Margarita Martinez, Angelo Maldonado & sister-in-law Isa, Carlos & sister-in-law Lolita Maldonado, Maria Luisa Maldonado, Juan Raphael Maldonado, Maria Socorro Maldonado, Orlando & sister-in-law Iris Maldonado, Evelyn & brother-in-law Cesar Orasco and Frank & sister-in-law Elise Maldonado, seven grandchildren Carmelita, Antonio III, Angelica, Josie, Adriana, Nathaniel and Roman, one great-grandchild Autumn Maldonado and a host of nieces and nephews. Antonio was predeceased by one brother Angel Maldonado. He will always be cherished and sadly missed. Calling hours are Friday, May 20th, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Church of Christ, 240 Hamilton Street, Bridgeport. Interment will follow to Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley St. BPT.
