Anita Dhar

Anita Dhar, age 69, of Fairfield, the devoted spouse of 47 years of Priti B. Dhar, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Anita enjoyed reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her love of nature; especially pink flowers, and her strong faith in God. Anita was born on November 14, 1947 in Jamshedpur, India, the daughter of the late Hem Chandra Roy & Mrinili (Sen) Roy. Anita is survived by: son, Subhashish Dhar & daughter-in-law, Sofia Dhar; son, Debashish Dhar & daughter-in-law, Sharmila Basu; four granddaughters, Ashley Dhar, Anjali Dhar, Keya Dhar, & Shreya Dhar; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
