Ana Angelica Molina, 89, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Born on January 4, 1937, in Camuy, Puerto Rico, Ana led a remarkable life filled with love and cherished moments.Ana moved to Bridgeport in 1956, where she met Pedro A. Molina, the man who would become her husband and the love of her life for the next 67 years, until his passing in 2024.
Ana worked at General Electric and ABCD (Action for Bridgeport Community Development) while raising four beautiful daughters, all of whom she held immense love for and was always there for. Ana was gracious; her home was always a place of gathering for all holidays and birthdays, and she always insisted on doing all the cooking herself. She prided herself on decorating her Christmas tree and caring for her beautiful garden.
When Ana retired, she devoted every minute to Pedro. The two were inseparable until his passing in 2024. One of her dreams was to be with him again in heaven. Now, that dream has come to flourish.
Ana’s life will be cherished by her loving family. She is survived by her daughters, Miriam Alvarado-Grimes (Ron), Iris N. Molina, Minerva Pepperman, and Milagros Taylor. Special mention is given to Angel Muniz, whom she loved as the son she never had.
The impact Ana had on future generations can be seen through her nine adoring grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Her wisdom, strength, and unconditional love shaped their lives in profound ways. Ana will also be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends whose lives she touched with kindness and empathy.
May Ana rest peacefully, reunited with her beloved Pedro and surrounded by eternal love.
