Ana M. Medina Ana M. Medina, age 75, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, Ana was a resident of Bridgeport for 27 years. A dedicated mother of 12; Carmen Montanez, Rafael Medina, Aida Colon, Berta Moran, Miguel, Oscar, Jesus, Analydia, Gladys, Ivette Medina, Wanda Sanchez, and Minerva Medina; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave, Bpt., CT. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
