Ana Rosa Candelaria

Ana Rosa Candelaria, age 48, of Bridgeport, CT., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Yale New Haven Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Ana Rosa was born on July 3, 1969, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, the beloved daughter of Jesus Candelaria Ponce & the late Magaly Ines Valentin Soto. Ana Rosa was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a passion and extreme talent for softball. Ana Rosa was an excellent cook and took pride in taking care of her family. She was a faithful and devote servant of God and will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her. Ana Rosa is survived by: the father of her children, Rafael Rosario; three children, Albert Aponte Jr., Anastasia Rosario, Francesca Aponte; four grandchildren, Ronny Aponte, Kelly Aponte, Johnny Maldonado, Jayla Maldonado; many brothers & sisters; and a host of extended family and friends.
