Aaliyah & Jocelyn Negron Aaliyah & Jocelyn Negron, two lil Angels, after 21 week in utero, returned to heaven April 5th 2012. Aaliyah & Jocelyn are survived by loving parents Alexandra Negron and Jorge Negron, maternal grandparents, Nydia Ortiz & Ramon Luis Rivera; paternal grandparents, Gloria & Luis Roberto Negron. Also survived by five uncles: Jose Negron, Roberto (Deborah)Negron, Pedro (Karen) Negron, Ramon Rivera and Kevin Rivera.
